Keep general guidance separate from grade approval.
01What should a material comparison guide decide?+
It should assign each layer’s job, expose grade-dependent assumptions, identify the evidence needed and end with RFQ and trial inputs. A generic list of advantages is not enough for procurement.
02Can these guides replace a supplier data sheet or line trial?+
No. They organize the buying decision. The exact grade still needs current supplier evidence, comparable samples and validation on the intended converting and packing route.
03How should an unknown technical field be handled?+
Mark it to be confirmed or open to recommendation. State the required outcome and ask the supplier or laboratory to identify the assumption, method and validation step.
